By accessing our website, purchasing, enrolling in, or participating in the CHLCS Training Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by this Policy in its entirety.

4. Prohibited Use, Recording, and Distribution
Strictly Prohibited Activities Include:
- Recording (audio, video, screen capture, screenshots, or transcription) any portion of the CHLCS training
- Uploading, posting, publishing, or sharing course materials on any website, social media platform, learning platform, or file-sharing service
- Copying, duplicating, modifying, selling, sublicensing, teaching, or redistributing course content
- Using course materials to create derivative works, competing programs, or training offerings
- Allowing unauthorized individuals access to course materials
Any unauthorized recording, duplication, or distribution constitutes theft of trademarked and copyrighted material.
5. Legal Enforcement & Prosecution
Empact Health Consulting takes the protection of its intellectual property seriously.
Any violation of this Policy, including unauthorized recording or distribution of CHLCS materials, may result in:
- Immediate termination of access to the course without refund
- Revocation of certification or designation
- Civil legal action seeking damages, injunctive relief, and attorney’s fees
- Criminal prosecution to the fullest extent permitted by law
Empact Health Consulting reserves all rights to aggressively enforce its intellectual property rights.
6. Agreement Upon Purchase
By purchasing or enrolling in the CHLCS Training Program, you expressly agree that:
- You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access course materials for personal professional development only
- You will not reuse, duplicate, distribute, or repurpose any course content in any form
- You understand that violations may result in legal action and financial liability
Your continued access to the program is conditioned upon compliance with this Policy.

Participants agree to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary materials and to take reasonable steps to prevent unauthorized access or disclosure.
